Your Turn/Trying Something Different
I have never really been a fan of Valentine's Day. To me it just always seemed fake and insincere. I'm perfectly fine with receiving chocolate every day of the year, it does not have to be restricted to the 14th of February. But I'd like to hear other opinions.

for me it's all about viewpoint...those in love it's great they get this day to show their love for one another in a completely out in the open way and no one gets to squirm about it cuz everyone else is doing it...so no matter how obnoxiously lovey you doesn't matter there is someone (couple) worse...
for those not in love some take it as a reminder that they are in some way inadequate/inept/whatever...so that day where others are getting their mack on...you're not and they hate the day...
as for me i'm of the view that i don't need a day to show you're special...it shouldn't take a calendar for me to know to show my feelings
in the end i'm indifferent...if you need a calendar who cares how you get the love out...for others don't get depressed...it's just another day...by sunrise it won't matter anymore then it did on the 13th
